Our custom order service allows customers to modify designs, materials, and sizes of existing pieces or to create an entirely new design. Custom furniture orders are tailored to meet your exact preferences.
How to Place a Custom Order
Step 1: Initial Inquiry

Describe your ideas or modifications, and our team will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
Step 2: Design Consultation
Work with our design team to refine your vision, select materials, and receive initial sketches or 3D renders,
(if applicable).
Step 3: Pricing and Deposit
After agreeing on the design, you’ll receive a pricing breakdown. A [percentage]% deposit is required to begin production.
Step 4: Production Updates
We’ll keep you updated on production milestones, including photos or videos at each stage.
Step 5: Final Payment and Delivery
Once your custom piece is complete, we’ll arrange final payment and schedule delivery to your location.

Refunds and Returns
We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be exactly what you expected. Santana Africa is committed to customer satisfaction, and we have a clear, hassle-free refunds and returns policy to address any issues.
Eligibility for Returns: Items are eligible for return if they are unused, in their original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom orders are non-refundable unless there’s a manufacturing defect or damage upon delivery.
Initiating a Return: To start a return, contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp. Once approved, you will receive instructions for the return process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or damaged.
Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
