  • Initiating a Return: To start a return, contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp. Once approved, you will receive instructions for the return process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or damaged.

  • Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
